Do I need to know how to dance to join?

Absolutely not. No dance experience required. Naarah makes her moves easy to pick up, and the atmosphere is completely judgment-free.

Can I join online if I'm not in Southern MD?

Yes! All classes are available live via Zoom. You'll get a link when you sign up and can join from anywhere in the world.

What should I bring to class?

Water, a towel, and your attitude. For Stretch n Flex, bring resistance bands, 1–3 lb weights, and a mat.

Are classes suitable for beginners?

100%. All fitness levels welcome. Naarah creates a safe, judgment-free space for everyone.

Can I book a private party or fundraiser?
