I'm Naarah (Nay) Crawley, owner and operator of Adyctive Fitness, LLC, based in Southern Maryland. I've always loved dance — but years ago I fell out of it and both my energy level and waistline suffered.
Typical structured workouts never worked for me. They were no fun. Then I found Zumba®, fell in love after the very first class, and never looked back. Now more than 13 years later, I'm still hooked — and I'm here to spread that love.

Exercise in disguise. Dance to great music with great people and burn a ton of calories without realising it. Salsa, merengue, reggaeton, cumbia, hip hop — no experience required.
60% cardio / 40% strength — so you lose weight and tone up without the bulk. Circuit, crossfit-style, tabata, and obstacle training. Never the same workout twice.
A 45-minute class combining body-weight and light resistance mat work. Bring your resistance bands, 1–3 lb weights, and your mat. Leave bendier and stronger.
One-on-one or small group sessions (2–4 people) tailored to your goals. Great music, dynamic movements, and a plan built around you. In-person and online via Zoom.
